Kazzhol Park Hotel Almaty

The hotel is new and boasts a modern design with a high level of comfort. The family room we booked, consists of a king room and a twin room that connect. This setup allows for both togetherness and privacy. Each room comes fully equipped with a sofa, table, bathroom, dressing area, fridge, and other essential amenities, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay. The beds are very comfortable, enhancing the overall rest and relaxation experience.

The room and the bathroom are nice and stylish. The whole hotel looks modern and we'll maintained. Breakfast was good. The staff is nice and the receptionists speak good English. They are also very helpful. WiFi was good in the room, the signal was strong enough and the speed was okay too.

I recently stayed at Kazzhol Park, and the experience truly lived up to its name. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was smooth and quick, with a warm welcome. The room was spacious, impeccably clean What truly sets apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. All my needs were met promptly.

The location was perfect, close to my work event as well as various facilities around - cafes, stores, money exchange. Unfortunately for me I was unable to attend breakfast at the hotel, however the food ordered to the room in the evening was exceptionally good. Staff at the hotel was extremely friendly, polite and supportive of all my needs and requests. Throughout my stay I was also able to live/experience multiple room categories and all of them were great also. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall - truly highly recommend !!!

The staff were amazing, all of them especially Adila was very helpful and very respectful. I recommend this place due to its location and the great help we received from the staff. English was no issue in this place.
